The journey began in 2000 with the iconic Club 2000 in Rayners Lane, founded by husband-and-wife duo Hemu and Sandy. Their passion for quality ingredients and home-style cooking, influenced by both Indian and African heritage, quickly built a loyal following.
Today, that same family tradition continues. With successful restaurants, bars and venues across Wembley, Luton and beyond, the next generation proudly brings this legacy to North Finchley. Sandy still oversees the kitchens, ensuring every dish reflects the same warmth, consistency and care that guests have trusted for over two decades.

Our Story
Situated in the heart of North Finchley, The Tally Ho has been a landmark in the local community since 1927. The venue takes its name from the historic Tally Ho Corner, where in the early 19th century the Tally Ho Coach Company kept horses for the Birmingham mail coach, marking the first change of horses on the journey out of London.
Today, this rich heritage continues in a modern setting. The Tally Ho has evolved into a contemporary Indian pub, combining traditional hospitality with authentic cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and a vibrant social atmosphere for North London.
